[ReimagineWork], Are you trying to substitute team building for what you really need?

Dear ,
If you're like me, you've probably noticed that
"team-building" isn't always a favorite among
staff members. You've probably also noticed
that despite such measures, things aren't really
changing for the better.
It's not that I don't value team-building at all, but
what I've seen that is so often managers resort
team-building when challenges with their staff
actually call for entirely different solutions.
I don't want to see you making that same mistake.
Here's how I'm going to help:
Coming up Thursday, April 29th, you can join me
for a free, content-rich teleseminar, "5 Cases
Where Team-Building is Not the Answer and What to
Do Instead."
Registration opens April 21. Please mark your calendar
now for this important telecourse, and stay tuned for the
details about how to sign up for the call.
Best Regards,
Mary Schaefer
Artemis Path, Inc
P.S. In the meantime, I invite you to take a minute
now to read more about how I feel about team-building
here: http://bit.ly/team-AW You can get in on the debate
by leaving your comments on the blog.
I always love to hear from you.
