Manager Q&A: How Often Should I Meet With My Employees One-on-One?

I’m continuing to work furiously working on my 30 Speeches in 30 Days Challenge.

What's in it for you?

You get lots of useful information on keys and shifts that makes managing so much easier, related to you live or by audio recording.  Just yesterday a potential client was commenting that all of the topics I had to offer would benefit him, and his peer managers, like:

1 – “Only Say It Once: How to Massively Improve Your Manager/Employee Communications So You Can Trust Your Employees to Do What You Ask

2 – “Managers: How to Stop Being So Responsible So You Can Get More Done

I would love to talk to your group, live, via Skype, speakerphone or whatever you have in mind. Be sure to get your idea or request in, and don't miss out on one of the offers of a private, complimentary 20-minute "Management Strategy Session."  There's only 2 left.
