Leadership is Love
 I know I usually post on Tuesday, but I couldn't resist coinciding this post with Valentine's Day. Don't worry, I'm not going to suggest group hugs or holding hands and singing "We are the World" at work. But, I am quite serious about us considering the part "love" does play for us as leaders.
