I'm serious about the "leader" part.
This approach isn't for the faint of heart. Are you ready to step up your game?

I had a painful discussion with a colleague once, where we both told
each other off. (Wonder where that “turn of phrase” came from?)
Anyway…

I realized during the conversation that we were never going to meet
each other’s respective expectations perfectly — not possible really,
among flawed human beings. But we could interact in a way that would

"30 Days in 30 Days"
I know, we've had the "30 Posts in 30 Days Challenge" and the "30 Speeches in 30 Days Challenge" — now I'm taking a break from being quite so focused, and so publicly. I found that October and November helped me produce more ideas than I could possibly act on while I had these challenges going on. Now I'm going to challenge myself to get done what I get done in the next 30 days, with some relaxation and celebration time mixed in.
I've come to really want to focus more on speaking, and also updating my website to reflect that and make it easier for visitors. If you don't hear from me over the next 30 days, know that I'm acting on all the great feedback, leads and ideas you've given me recently.
I want to take a moment to express my gratitude at being at being able to serve you and help you to be managers who get the job done, do right by people, and feel satisfied with their efforts.
I will definitely catch up with you in the new year.
