What barriers in your own thinking prevent you from addressing their resistance effectively?
 
Today I had the opportunity to revisit this topic with an audience with my local chamber of commerce. I was reminded of the importance of looking at how we as managers can perpetuate our own employees' skepticism.  Check out below this first step in helping your employees move smoothly toward desired change.

When I coach my manager clients I am often reminded how prone we are to getting in our own way when it comes to influencing our “problem” employees.
