The Dark Side of Delegation (the part 2)

My colleague, Alan Utley, does a great job of calling out another type of manager you don't want to be, in his recent post titled, "Are Good Delegators Just Lazy?"

What I love about Alan's post is that he discusses something that is so easy to do... take our good intentions too far.  He recalls hearing some advice once, that really resonated with him: Keep what only you can do. Delegate everything else.
