Are you a leader who's a "grower"
I grew up on a farm. My family grew cantaloupes, watermelons, tomatoes, wheat, corn, and more. I learned a lot from that experience.
Coincidentally, as an adult, I worked for a crop protection products company for my entire corporate career. It just turned out that way. I realized recently that I rarely heard the word farmer at work, but "grower" instead. It doesn't really matter why, but it got me thinking. Read more.
